Students are charged tuition on a per-unit basis, and total tuition costs will vary depending on a student’s program track.
On average, tuition and fees increase by 3 percent to 5 percent each year. Tuition rates are set by the USC Board of Trustees and typically increase in the fall term. Fees are generally charged per semester.

If you are an international student studying in your home country or in the United States on a non-immigrant student visa, you are not eligible for need-based federal student aid programs. You may be eligible to seek employer assistance or scholarship opportunities in your home country.

Loan Forgiveness

Health Insurance / Other Fees
USC requires that all students carry comprehensive health insurance, either through USC or an alternate provider. Learn more about this requirement, plans and health insurance options for online students.

- A $250 nonrefundable deposit to confirm your enrollment. The deposit will be credited to tuition owed.
- Up to $3,000 for books, supplies, Internet connectivity and other expenses.
